Coconut sugar from Central Java

We produce natural coconut sugar from the sap of coconut flowers, tapped by farmers in Central Java, Indonesia.

Our product: coconut sugar

Coconut sugar is made from the sweet sap of the coconut flower. The sap is gently cooked into a thick syrup and dried into fine, golden-brown granules. Nothing else is added.

From flower to sugar

1. Sap collection

Farmers tap the coconut flower bud (manggar) and collect the sap in bamboo containers.

2. Cooking

The fresh sap is cooked slowly until it becomes a thick, caramel-coloured syrup.

3. Packing

The finished sugar is packed in food-grade kraft paper bags and stored on pallets.

Working with farmers

We work closely with coconut farmers in Central Java. Our field team visits farmers regularly to support good sap collection and processing practices.

Our factory and warehouse

Clean production rooms, hygiene procedures for every worker, and a warehouse with green epoxy floors where the packed sugar waits for loading.

CSR: working with farming communities

Our CSR activities support the farmer families behind our coconut sugar: field visits, training and seedling distribution.
